I find both the staff and Doctors are excellent. You can get an appointment in advance or on the day if you need to. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful on the phone and the Doctors are second to none.

Have been going to this surgery for many years. Has consistently offered good GP and clinical services. Doctors are always helpful and thorough. Reception staff has improved in the way they manage patients. The only downside is booking appointments. It can be difficult to get one and when you do get through on the phone, there is an element of luck involved.

I and my family have been patients of this practice for many years (over thirty). I have always found that Dr Sado and Dr Allwright are very understanding and caring people, who take time to listen when needed. Sometimes that means that you have to wait a fair while past the appointment time, but that shows that they are willing to take the time needed for their patients. It can be a bit of a lottery to get through to the surgery to get one of the same day appointments, but that is more to do with how many people are calling, rather than their systems, I think.

The surgery is difficult to get an appointment - you need to get there at doors opening time in order to get an appointment for that day as you can't do it over the phone. But today I had excellent service from all the staff involved. The dr was very thorough and helpful in recommending treatment and referring me on for further tests.
